The MRO Americas Conference, held April 8–10, 2025, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA, brought together global leaders in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector. Representing WTP Advisors, Brian Schwam and Jim Fyrie connected with industry peers to share insights on Transfer Pricing and IC-DISC.

A key highlight was their discussion with William Alderman, Founding Partner of Alderman & Company, a Florida-based aerospace and defense M&A advisory firm established in 2001.

Transfer Pricing: Supporting Global Transactions

The conversation also explored IC-DISC (Interest Charge-Domestic International Sales Corporation) strategies.
