Doug Darling, JD, LLM - International Tax, Transfer Pricing & Business Advisory Services

Doug is a Managing Director with WTP Advisors’ Transfer Pricing practice and is the Sales Leader for TransPortal, a global transfer pricing management platform. Doug’s expertise includes: “end-to-end” operational transfer pricing; strategic transfer pricing planning; alignment of intercompany transactions with tax and treasury objectives; headquarters cost allocation/cost sharing; post-acquisition/merger integration; transfer pricing audit defense, APAs, and identification and valuation of intangible property, both for purposes of licensing and buy/sell.

Before joining WTP Advisors, Doug worked for several large multinational corporations, including Case New Holland, Stryker, 3M, and Envu, where, most recently, he led the design and implementation of the entire Transfer Pricing and global income tax frameworks for a billion-dollar organization carve-out of a 50-billion-dollar global pharmaceutical company. He is also an alumnus of Deloitte.

Doug holds a JD from Capital University in Columbus, OH, as well as a Master of Laws in Taxation from there. Doug is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
