David Wain is a partner with Worldwide Trade Partners, a tax process consulting firm. He is an international tax expert specializing in providing technology solutions for international tax calculations and compliance. His past experience includes 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently as a senior manager in the international tax services practice. Mr. Wain is a recognized leader in the quantitative aspects of international tax. His areas of focus include FAS 109, Accounting for Income Taxes, Section 199 DPA deduction, IC-DISC, Section 1.861 expense allocation and apportionment, and international tax compliance. He is a leading expert on detailed mathematical FSC, ETI, and IC-DISC calculations. Mr. Wain graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Minnesota, a member of the AICPA, and a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
