Goshi has more than 20 years of experience helping multinational companies navigate complex cross-border tax and transfer pricing matters. Throughout a distinguished career spanning Big Four public accounting, Fortune 500 industry leadership, and regional accounting firms, Goshi has advised organizations on international tax planning, global transfer pricing, tax controversy, acquisitions, restructurings, and financial reporting.

Before joining WTP Advisors, Goshi served as Vice President of Tax at a $5 billion multinational automotive parts manufacturer. In this role, he managed global tax compliance, led tax due diligence for acquisitions, coordinated international tax planning initiatives, and advised on transfer pricing projects. He also oversaw U.S. international tax reporting, including GILTI and FDII calculations, and managed ASC 740 tax provisions.

At WTP Advisors, Goshi advises multinational businesses on international tax planning, transfer pricing strategy, tax controversy, cross-border transactions, and global tax compliance. He combines extensive in-house and consulting experience with a practical, business-focused approach to help clients manage tax risk while supporting their global growth objectives.
