Lauren is a Director with WTP Advisors' Transfer Pricing practice. For over a decade, Lauren has specialized in designing and implementing transfer pricing structures for multinational enterprises with a focus on strategic planning, complex financial modeling, intangible asset valuation, audit defense, and R&D cost sharing. Lauren is focused on transfer pricing planning, including integrating acquired IP into global tax structures for multinational enterprises, managing global transfer pricing models to meet profitability targets and accurate reporting, and resolving transfer pricing controversies.

Before joining WTP Advisors, Lauren was a member of Microsoft’s transfer pricing team, where she managed legal entity profitability through modeling and policy design for intercompany transactions globally. Prior to Microsoft, Lauren began her career with KPMG’s Economic & Valuation Services practice, where she advised multinational clients on transfer pricing planning, APA negotiations, R&D cost sharing arrangements, value chain analyses, and intangible migration strategies.

She holds a JD/MBA with a concentration in Finance from Seattle University and a BA from the University of Washington.
