For over 20 years, Tom has delivered efficient and effective financial reporting and tax solutions to both foreign and domestic clients.  His unique blend of skills and experience is complemented by his extensive knowledge of tax software such as Corp Tax, Corp International, UltraTax and One Source.  Tom’s areas of expertise include International compliance, ASC 740 (formally FAS 109) calculations and, earnings and profits calculations.  Additionally, he has significant experience with Forms such as 8858, 5471 and, 8865, 1120, 1065, 1040.  Tom successfully manages numerous clients located in at least 23 states.
