WTP Advisors prepared a transfer pricing study for a large multinational manufacturer, focused on manufacturing operations in Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and UK. We prepared separate transfer pricing studies and documentation for each of the six legal entities using a masterfile/country-specific approach in order to permit a more efficient and economical documentation process. We recommended modification of the manufacturing supply chain and prepared intercompany manufacturing services agreements.
